Local nonprofit RE Sources leading a community tour at the mouth of Whatcom Creek — the former Holly St. Landfill, one of 12 Bellingham Bay cleanup sites contaminated with heavy metals from historic industrial activity that state and local agencies are restoring for future use. 

150 years ago, this area was an estuary and mudflats. Come learn from experts and scientists on the past, present and future of this piece of Bellingham’s waterfront.
